In 2007, BEE Inc, a Florida-based company, was established as a specialist firm in Site Planning & Design and General Construction. Since its inception, the company has expanded its service offering to provide fully integrated solutions under one roof.
Today, BEE Inc delivers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet diverse client needs, combining planning, design, and construction expertise with a streamlined, end-to-end approach. Once a suitable site is identified, we take full responsibility for the design and construction process, delivering efficient, fast, and reliable project execution.
Our single point of contact approach streamlines communication, reduces delays, and minimizes design conflicts throughout the project lifecycle. We combine all project elements seamlessly to ensure alignment with client budgets and schedules, consistently delivering outcomes that meet and exceed expectations. Our team of experts includes civil engineers, electrical engineers, general contractors, certified plumbers, and LEED-accredited professionals with extensive experience in both design and construction. Key personnel include a Licensed Professional Engineer (FL PE 66385), a Certified General Contractor (FL CGC 1506866), a Certified Plumber (CFC 1427791), and a LEED AP, ensuring a strong foundation of technical and regulatory expertise.
Our engineering division delivers comprehensive services in site development, landscape design, stormwater management, lift station and septic design, hydrology, water quality, and utilities design, alongside interior design and fit-out solutions. The construction division consists of experienced engineers, contractors, and field crews who execute site development, underground pipeline and utility installations, and complete fit-out projects. BEE Inc also provides full design and construction services for healthcare facilities in accordance with international standards, including JCI (Joint Commission International), as well as operations and maintenance for pump stations.

Ayman El-Jabali
Chief Executive Officer/Chairman

Ayman has over 22 years of experience leading hospitals and medical facilities with 1,000 employees in numerous countries. As a certified Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor, Certified Plumbing Contractor and LEED-AP, he has a diverse and unique skill set, enabling him to run operations, develop businesses and handle all phases and management of engineering projects. He has a dual degree from the University of South Florida along with international experience.
Joe Kolenovic
Chief Operating Officer
Joe has over 25 years of experience leading various engineering and construction companies and teams. His extensive construction experience enables him to run operations, develop businesses and handle all phases and management of projects.
Yaser Nassim
Chief Financial Officer
Yaser Nassim obtained his CPA license from the state of Florida in 2007 and holds both a bachelor and a masters degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Yaser started his career working for a CPA firm based out of Florida, providing audit and other assurance services. Since 2008 Yaser relocated to the United Arab Emirates where he has worked with both Deloitte and KPMG, providing Financial Advisory Services for Mergers and Acquisitions projects.
During this stint Yaser has worked on multiple buy-side, sell-side, restructuring and IPO assignments for deals ranging in value from $50 Million to $3 Billion in size.
Dimitrios Christodoulakis
Vice President / Project Director
Dimitrios is a Civil Engineer with an MBA and over 20 years of experience in planning, construction, engineering, and project management across residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects. His expertise spans multilevel construction, bridge maintenance and repair, military contracts, and the resource sector, including rail, oil and gas, coal, gold, and iron ore.
He has a strong background in planning and forensic delay analysis, contributing to claims on major projects such as the World Trade Center Building 7, Millikin Carpet Factory, and Sidney Lanier Bridge, as well as theme parks, hotels, schools, roadways, and wastewater treatment plants. Dimitrios specialises in identifying delay and disruption across a wide range of construction projects.
